The secret to grow taller is now revealed. You can add inches to your height by engaging in these exercises that will make you taller, even if you have already passed the age of growing tall.
Hanging Tall
Before doing this exercise, you need to have a pole by which you will be able to hang yourself upside down. If you do not feel comfortable in hanging upside down, you just hang. It is important that you feel relaxed as you grip the pole tightly.
You may also add a little variation when you hang yourself. You can put weights on your waist but be sure that these are manageable and will not bring you harm. It is recommended that you do this exercise on a daily basis for a few minutes; if not, you may do it weekly for at least thirty (30) minutes.
Stretch Your Back
Doing some back stretching exercises will prove to be beneficial in adding some height to grow you taller. Bridge is one of the more reliable back stretch exercises to make you taller. There are several ways to do the bridge: (1) lie on back, putting arms of the floor near the legs then slowly lift pelvis towards the ceiling; (2) lie on stomach, raise torso with hands, and stretch back while legs stay on the floor; (3) standing.
Stretch Your Legs
Stand at the back of a chair and hold onto the backrest. Keep a straight spine while thrusting a leg backwards as far as you possibly can. Do the same on the other leg. When you do this exercise, you may need to engage in some warm-up first so your system will be ready and prepared.
To ensure maximum benefits from these exercises that make you grow taller, you have to be consistent and do them on a regular basis.
